The family was wonderful, and the location is very convenient. Breakfast was included with the room, which we hadn’t been told when booking. The rooms do get hot and there’s no AC, but they were clean by island standards.

Juan and his mother were very kind. The location is excellent and quiet, and they drove us to and from the airport.

This family-run hostel feels very homely, and the owners are friendly and attentive enough to make you feel at home. It also felt very safe. Nothing ever went missing, even though my room was always open. The rooms are spacious and all are available. With air conditioning in the rooms, I’m sure it would deserve even more stars.

It’s a long way from the center and there’s very little comfort. The furniture needs to be renewed.
