Mr. Antonio was always available and gave us lots of helpful advice. Many of the staff speak English, and Samira deserves a special thank you for the great breakfast service. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, and the quiet, with birds and roosters singing in the morning, creates an incredible atmosphere. It's a 20-minute walk to the centre, but that felt worth it for the closeness to nature. We had an unforgettable vacation on the island.

We paid $60 a night for a damp, dirty place. The towels smelled, there was hair on the bedsheets, and there were cockroaches in the hall. The location is far away, with poor access to the centre. They claim to have a kitchen, but wouldn't let us cook, and the $16 breakfast was absolutely not worth the price. The owners were arrogant and disrespectful. An Isleña and a European guy who act like they own the whole island. I hope future tourists avoid this place at all costs. It's astonishing that Booking gives it an 8/10. This place is disgusting.

The neighbours' music was blasting both nights, and no one helped us. The first night it played all night. I finally fell asleep around 1:30 am, then woke four hours later to the same noise, which went on until 9 am. There was no one at reception to assist. Around 9, we found the receptionist, a sweet lady, and asked to change rooms because I was dreading another night like that. We said we had a guided tour in the park and would be back at 3 pm. She said changing rooms then wouldn't be a problem. After our tour, the owner messaged me on Booking to say we couldn't change rooms, claiming the receptionist had told us to leave our key and luggage at reception. We were never told that, or we would have done it. I wrote to them on WhatsApp and sent videos showing the music in the evening and morning. They ignored me all day, even though I saw them online. I was exhausted and scared it would happen again, and I couldn't enjoy my holiday. Sure enough, the neighbours blasted music again on the second night. I sent more videos and got no support at all. The owner tried to blame the receptionist for his mistake. There was also a room available on Booking when I checked, so they weren't fully booked. The walk to the centre took 25 minutes at a fast pace, not the advertised 15. It wasn't a pleasant walk: it was dark, there were no streetlights, Google Maps sent us down a closed street, and lots of dogs barked at us. On the last night a dog chased us and left us shaken. I booked expecting some peace and quiet, but was totally wrong. Poor management, extremely loud neighbours, and dogs that scared us. This business is a lie and the manager is incompetent. Save your holiday and don't book here. If I'd known it would be this bad, I would have paid triple to avoid this hell. I have videos, screenshots of the conversation, and everything needed to show why you should run from this place.
