Right on Easter Island’s main street, Atamu Te Kena, the hotel is handy for nearby minimarkets and restaurants. A grape juice welcome drink was provided, and my room and bed were clean, though the bathroom and shower felt a little old for the price. Wi-Fi worked, but the connection was weak. With my T-Mobile phone, I couldn’t get a signal on the affiliated Claro in 128kbs mode. The bathroom water was initially turned off, and there was no hair dryer in the room, but staff fixed both issues quickly after I contacted them. The staff spoke only basic English, so communicating in English was difficult. It may help to prepare Spanish sentences with Google Translate or a similar tool.

I stayed during the week of September 18, 2019. The rooms are comfortable and have a TV and mini-fridge, which was very useful, and the hotel is right in the center. I really liked the place and want to congratulate you on the service quality. That’s what makes the difference when choosing a hotel. Mrs. Angelica, who welcomed me and looked after me, was a sweetheart: very pleasant, caring, and always ready to help. 100% recommended.
