It's cheap and clean, though some rooms can be a bit hot or noisy. The neighborhood is okay. Esmeralda /Juan Martinez, where all the Bolivian bus tickets are sold, is two blocks away. I wouldn't recommend Dacin I, though. The nearby streets are quite dirty and can feel sketchy, like much of the city.

Everything was generally good, but there was a lot of noise from other people. I think families rent rooms here. It's a great place to rest if you put on headphones.

The staff are friendly, but this place is so noisy you can't get any rest. Kids are playing in the hallways all day, like in El Chavo del Ocho's neighborhood.
