Mrs. Julia is very kind, and the place is really nice. Las Palmeras residential complex is well placed, just three blocks from the beach and close to the Clock Tower and the Museum. The pedestrian area is an easy walk away.

In September 2025, the rate was 30,000 per night. The breakfast was generous and the location excellent, making this a great option.

I'll be back! The staff member was excellent, and the place is near both downtown and the beaches. There's no parking on site, but you can find spaces across the street from the residential area. My room had air conditioning, breakfast was included, and there was a large terrace.

The location is central, and the linens were clean, but our experience was that this place is only good for sleeping. The rooms are small and the shower water was lukewarm. The staff were unfriendly. My elderly father needed to use a bathroom, and they made us wait until 1:30 PM even though check-in is at 1:00 PM. They showed no empathy and wouldn't help with something so basic.

The room was lovely, and I stayed several days. The towels and linens were always clean, and the soundproofing was so good I couldn't hear anything. Breakfast had lots of options and was very good. I absolutely recommend it.
