Arenas Blancas Hotel

The bedrooms are pretty comfortable, and everything is kept clean. Good accommodations in a great location.

We had a family room with a separate main bedroom and a bathtub, which was lovely for relaxing after a long travel day. Breakfast was spectacular, with more than enough food and even dessert. Service was good, and it's a great hotel. We couldn't fit in the main parking lot because the entrance was too low for our vehicle, but parking on the street was possible and monitored by cameras. Highly recommended!

The hotel is unattractive from the outside and lacks the colors shown in its photos. Inside, it has a vintage style and was clean and orderly. But my stay was rough. The location wasn't good, and the windows shook and made a loud noise every five or ten minutes, like an earthquake. I couldn't rest properly because I kept thinking there was a tremor and that we needed to get out. There was no hot water in the shower either. The breakfast was basic, limited, and nothing special. I wanted to use the pool, but although the water was clean, the bottom was peeling badly and didn't look inviting. The staff didn't know much and didn't seem willing to help. My room was small, had no air conditioning, and the TV didn't work. There was no wifi while I was there.

It's a lovely spot right by the river, with lots of sand and trees where you can sit in the shade. The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are spacious. I'd suggest adding some fruit to breakfast.
