Getting around was easy since the place is close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The staff were also friendly and attentive, and happy to help with questions or requests. It was a really good stay, with the comfort of an apartment and the convenience of a hotel. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, enjoyable visit.

The bedroom was good, but the apartment was missing some kitchen items, like a coffee maker with a built-in filter. I thought the price was quite high, especially since there isn't even a gym. One night I woke up because of a strong smell of weed.

Easy to get to, and a great apartment in a really good spot. It's very close to the metro, restaurants, and shops.

I think you can find much better places for less. Check-in was a mess, and nobody seemed to take responsibility for getting guests settled. Our key cards got blocked without us knowing. Then the cleaning staff woke us very early for no reason, which was frightening, waking up to someone trying the door several times. The kitchen wasn't properly equipped either.

I spent two weeks at Sunset Apartments and was very comfortable. The room was very clean, and the staff were great. I'd definitely recommend staying here when visiting Santiago, whether for a short trip or longer.
