10/10
There was only minor wear and tear in the apartment, which was otherwise in very good condition. It's spacious and well equipped, with a pool and mountain view, a handy parking space, and a great location. When I had a question, the owner came over and sorted it out quickly.

6/10
The area is excellent, but there's very little to do in the facilities. Shared spaces like the TV room with armchairs have very restricted hours, and you have to rent the terrace just to sit there. Even though there are tables and chairs by the pool, you're not allowed to eat there. The staff aren't friendly and don't seem to know where to find a pizzeria or much of anything else. They don't seem willing to guide guests either.

The apartment needs a lot of care. It has cleanliness and maintenance problems, including broken door handles, and the mattress on the extra bed is in very poor condition.

A very comfortable place, with well-equipped apartments and a great location.

Modern building in a nice neighborhood, close to the metro and malls. It has a garage, gym, small cinema room, summer pool, and Wi-Fi in the rooms.
