The apartment itself is nice, but management was really poor. The Wi-Fi and TV didn’t work, and the shower towels were no bigger than dishcloths. The bedsheets were torn and had hair and stains on them. After checkout, we went back to the room for something we’d forgotten and saw that the same sheets we had taken off and folded had been put back on the bed for the next guest. Completely unacceptable.

The room had the basics I needed, but I couldn’t sleep well because so much outside noise came in. I also found the rules and demands excessive for an informal rental managed entirely through WhatsApp. They don’t provide towels or receipts, and there’s no guarantee. Smoking on the terrace and bringing pets are prohibited, there’s no parking, and checkout before 11 a.m. is strictly enforced. When I arrived in Santiago at 8:00 a.m. on a quick trip, check-in at 3:00 p.m. felt too late. I messaged the manager on WhatsApp to ask if I could leave my bags and laptop somewhere safe, since I had important belongings and wanted to lighten my load. She insisted I couldn’t leave them before check-in, with no flexibility or empathy. I stayed here last year and really liked the location, good connections, and nearby amenities. The place is fine if you just need somewhere for a quick trip, but the all-WhatsApp management came with too many demands.
