The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, though a bit chilly. There’s free hot and cold water in the lobby, and the front desk staff offered to help with our bags since there’s no elevator. We only stopped for one night while passing through Pucon, but the place was much better than where we’d stayed before and met our expectations. They let us park out front because it was low season, even though the hotel doesn’t have parking. Breakfast was basic, but the coffee was decent, which is unusual. The breakfast staff member seemed bothered by us, or maybe she was just having a bad day. One thing to know: paying by card means paying VAT. Paying cash in USD is tax-free.

We had a great stay in the middle of Pucon, with restaurants, shops, and bars all nearby. There were three parking spots outside, plus street parking close by. Breakfast was excellent. Our front-facing room picked up some music and noise from the restaurant opposite, but it didn’t bother us. Light sleepers may want to keep that in mind. Thanks for a lovely time in Pucon 👍

The off-season rate was a bargain for the quality, especially compared with other places I stayed. I had a balcony with a view of the volcano, and breakfast was great, though I had to pay for a second coffee. The location right in the middle of town, the friendly and helpful staff, and the real fire made me love this B&B. Hot water took a while to reach my room, so I had to leave the tap running. It felt wasteful, but it didn’t bother me.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Ariel, Jose, Jose, and the others. On our first day, they gave us bus schedule information, ideas for places to visit, and tips on where to exchange money. When I had trouble with the ATM, Ariel kindly helped me out. Jean Carlos also provided a great transportation service. The location is convenient, close to the lake, many restaurants, and an ATM just a few steps away. Breakfast was good, and I had a view of the famous Villarrica volcano. Highly recommended, and many thanks to everyone.

I had a great view of the volcano from my room, which was a real relief while I was busy with meetings and couldn’t explore many outdoor activities. The staff and atmosphere were great, and breakfast was pretty good too.
