Casa Alto Palguin Pucón

February 2024, I liked staying here. The rooms were bright and spacious, had what we needed, and were reasonably priced. There are shared living, dining, and kitchen areas. It’s close enough to walk to the center, but far enough from the noise. The trouble was getting in touch beforehand. The contact details weren’t up to date, and the social media accounts weren’t being maintained. I couldn’t reach anyone by phone or WhatsApp to book or ask questions, even though the hostel was open.

I loved everything, especially the service from Erika. She was wonderful, polite, and kind the whole time. Everything was clean, and we prepared all our meals there. We spent three lovely days in the splendid city of Pucon. I’m enchanted with the place and will definitely return. Thank you, Pucon and Érica. Kisses.

Really nice and affordable, with clean, spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful 😊 I definitely recommend it!

The staff were attentive and the service was excellent. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.
