The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and easy to reach, with plenty of parking. I enjoyed the wooden tubs privately with my partner. But the pools are arranged strangely: with thermal pools, I'd expect to go from cooler to warmer, while the first one you reach is warmer than the others. Even the hottest pool didn't feel particularly warm, despite their claim that it's 40 degrees. Service around the private pool was frustrating. A waiter asked if we wanted drinks, but when we ordered and wanted to pay by card, they couldn't bring the machine to us. We had to get out and walk a long way to pay, every single time, so we stopped ordering. When I declined the 10% tip they tried to impose, I got a disapproving look. They could have charged us when we left, especially since they already had my car keys and we weren't going to disappear without paying. The lockers and changing rooms also closed at 11pm even though we were allowed in the pools until 11:30pm. Gorgeous place, but no more than three stars from me. There are plenty of other thermal pools nearby, so check those out.

The pools are lovely and clean, and the service was really good. Entry cost CLP 25000 on 20230523. Getting there takes some effort: after taking a local bus from the Main road, you still have a 25-30 minute walk. You can take a pulman bus for CLP 2800 near Brasil street and palguin street. The last bus leaves at 8pm.

A lovely way to spend the day, with several warm-water pools tucked into the forest. Be happy and make others happy!

The setting is beautiful, the cabins are good, and the bedrooms are comfortable. The thermal pools are nice too, and the food is good. The people working here gave us a warm welcome. The place could use a bit more investment and upkeep.
