The location was good, and the helpful staff were polite, like all Chileans. The price was nice, but the bed wasn't very comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing and very poor: one sandwich, tea, coffee, and a tiny yogurt bowl with a few cereals. Worst of all, hot water cost an extra $1000, unbelievable for those "mate" lovers.

There is space for public parking, and the location is excellent. The room was very good, the staff pleasant, and breakfast was good for Chile and for the price. I'd definitely recommend it!

We came looking for a relaxing vacation, but couldn't get any rest. There's no privacy here because you can hear everything, including the workers shouting and laughing all day. Couples can't have any intimacy either, since every sound carries. On the second day we tried to sleep in, but someone knocked on our door about three times just to say they had to clean. You can hear the women sweeping and the brooms banging around. It was a terrible experience, nothing like what we wanted for our vacation. 😭
