Hostal Central

The owner's service was terrible, and the neighborhood felt completely unsafe. If you're hoping to relax, this isn't the place. Inside, it was unhygienic, with no soap in the bathrooms even though we were in the middle of a pandemic. The sheets were very old, some torn and covered in lint. The mattresses were past their lifespan too, with springs that hurt your back.

The place felt filthy and unsafe, and the rooms smelled bad. The pillows were extremely dirty, the water was freezing, and the showers wouldn't shut off, so everything stayed wet. I wouldn't call this place livable.

The hot water and cable TV were both great. The Wi-Fi, though, kept dropping because the signal was so weak. I was put in room 217 on the second floor last night, and I hope the mold on the shower ceiling and missing headboard are only problems in that room.

We had to stay here after close contact with a family member, and we were assigned room 433. My partner, Ego Armando Garate Moreno, and I were treated really well. The staff were very friendly, and we had hot water, cable, and a room. Thanks so much to everyone who looked after us these days, especially the hostel's reception staff. I recommend it.
