The owner, Rodolfo, was welcoming and went out of his way to make us feel at home. He’s a great guy and an awesome surfer. It’s a family-run hotel, respectful and well organized, and the rooms are very clean and recently renovated. The place was quiet, clean, and safe. Definitely worth staying there.

There was a broken window in the room that meant the door could be opened from outside. The man said, “Don’t worry, I’m already fixing it so it’ll be ready when I get back from my walk.” It still wasn't fixed, and he refused to deal with it. He was very rude. There was a hole in the wall before reaching the room, too. Horrible experience. They didn't provide shampoo or soap, the TV was broken and barely showed a picture, and the bathroom handle was broken so the door couldn't close. For the price, I can't recommend it at all. Everything about the hotel was wrong.

It’s only steps from downtown and the currency exchange offices, and the area feels safe at night. The owner who helped us was friendly and attentive. There’s a garage and a small kitchen for snacks, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent service, and reasonably priced. 100% recommended.

The owner doesn't keep his word and takes no responsibility when something goes wrong. If you end up here by accident, ask for a change of address in advance. The price makes no sense for what you get: it's a boarding house that looks abandoned. Taxi drivers at the terminal may be steering people here, probably because they have some arrangement. DON'T STAY. THE WORST EXPERIENCE.
