It's good value, but the cafeteria was a problem. The staff were grumpy and unwilling to offer options for dietary restrictions, and one customer service representative in particular was even aggressive.

The room was clean and comfortable. But on the second day, it wasn't cleaned and the towels weren't changed. They also didn't refill the toilet paper, so we had to ask for more. Breakfast wasn't ready when we went downstairs either, they had to go out and buy bread then.

It's centrally located, with good shops nearby, and fine if all you need is somewhere to sleep. The room was small but comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. I liked the distinctive urban-modern decor, which was carried through consistently. The service was friendly enough, but nothing special. We may just have been unlucky, but repairs were going on around the place. Breakfast was meager, and the worst part was that they had to go out and buy bread to serve it.

We hadn't known anything about the hotel when it came with the package we bought, and the reviews made us a little apprehensive. After five days, though, we had a very pleasant stay and I can recommend it. We didn't include breakfast in our booking. The room had everything we needed and was spotless, and housekeeping was excellent. It had a fan, though it still felt a bit warm. At night, the only noise was from cars on the street. We were right next to the outdoor screen, which gave off a lot of light all night. The hotel is very close to the beach and town center, and they lent us a parasol to take to the beach. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
