The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy, which was the only good part. The staff’s service was terrible: they acted unprofessionally, answered rudely, didn’t help with questions, and were always on their phones chatting with people who had nothing to do with the place. The food was awful too. Snacks made with poor-quality ingredients tasted bad and were poorly prepared, and one of my companions even found a worm in his meal. I don’t recommend it.

Mrs. Laura, the owner, personally welcomes guests and sorts out problems efficiently. The staff are well qualified and completely trustworthy, and the welcome is warm. The hotel has everything needed for a very comfortable stay: impeccable rooms and furnishings, private bathrooms, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with satellite channels, a minibar, and remote-controlled fans. There’s also a breakfast or lunch room with a state-of-the-art microwave and refrigerator, plus secure parking.

This is unacceptable: the hotel’s reference number is my personal number. I have no connection to the hotel, and I don’t live in that country. If the administrators or owners see this, please have the courtesy to replace it with a number from your country, or at least your own.

We found this to be the most affordable place in Iquique that also felt safe and welcoming. Cavancha Beach is only a few blocks away, and there's a supermarket half a block from the hotel. The rooms and everything else are new and clean. Mrs. Laura is really friendly. It costs 15,000 Chilean pesos per day, and while breakfast isn't included, that wasn't a big deal for us. The dining room is beside reception, and parking is a few blocks away.
