The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. It has its own bathroom, which can feel a little small sometimes but works fine. It’s a comfortable place for an overnight stay, though breakfast is free but has limited options.

Right in the city center, it’s convenient for getting around town. The rooms have what you need to be comfortable and feel secure, and they’re clean. The staff are respectful too. A place worth calling out for travelers looking to rest.

The location is pretty good, but the rooms really let the place down. They're tiny, the beds are very uncomfortable, and the whole setup reminded me way too much of a COVID hospital. Breakfast was so limited and poor quality that I'd skip it. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel itself was very clean, but service was just mediocre. Breakfast was poor and overpriced, with no food or fruit juice to speak of. The website showed one price, then when I arrived they added $15,000, saying I had to pay Booking.com. I was already there, so I ended up paying more. At the bus terminal, taxi drivers seem to charge whatever they feel like, starting at $3,500 and going up. It felt like a rip-off aimed at tourists, and I'm Chilean. Foreigners get taken advantage of, which is terrible for tourism. The food sellers aren't allowed through either, so they're all gathered by the main entrance like a mafia.
