The staff made us feel so welcome. Ms. Patricia answered our many questions, served breakfast graciously, and kindly reserved two dinners for us. Ms. Sandy did such a great job that we noticed the difference when she wasn't assigned to our room on Friday. Mr. Marcelo checked in to see if everything was fine, waved, and thanked us for staying. And thanks to Ms. Maria for taking us to room 7, which is beside the stairs with no room above it. The property is comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, with a courtyard full of different plants, plenty of places to sit, and spacious, cozy rooms. We arrived to a cool, natural mango drink and bites of banana with a frangipani flower. Even the complimentary insect repellent and sunblock in the lobby showed care in the details. They changed our towels daily to help with the damp smell after use. Breakfast was both appetizing and filling for my husband and me, with lots of options across protein, fiber, carbs, and sweets. The warm bread came in a pouch. Hospitality here is A+ 🤗. Hotel Hare Nua Boutique was comfortable, convenient, and one of the finest places we've stayed around the world.

We really looked forward to the delicious breakfasts every morning, and the staff were gracious and welcoming, keen to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Hare Nua is a beautiful place to stay on Rapa Nui, on the main road and within walking distance of many good restaurants. The rooms are modern and extremely comfortable. The grounds and shared spaces are nicely designed, and the whole property is very quiet. Definitely recommended.

The staff were exceptionally charming and helpful, and the three private tours I booked through the hotel were all excellent. Breakfast was generous, varied, and delicious. My room and especially the public areas were comfortable and tastefully decorated. I've stayed at several hundred hotels over the years, and Hotel Hare Nua is the warmest and most welcoming of them all. It has earned my highest recommendation.

The location was hard to beat, right in the heart of Hanga Roa and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, shows, and the sea. We loved having the peaceful garden and courtyard to enjoy coffee before heading out to explore Rapa Nui. Breakfast was superb each morning, fresh, delicious, and beautifully served. After long days sightseeing, our spacious, lovely room was such a cozy place to unwind. From the start, the guest relations team at Hotel Hare Nua greeted us warmly and stayed attentive, responsive, and friendly throughout our trip. They made us feel cared for every day. Huge thanks to the staff for making our stay unforgettable! We can't recommend it enough for a trip to Rapa Nui.
