I only lasted one night out of the five I had booked. The room was stuffy and musty, with no ventilation, and the sink was clogged. The shower swung between scalding and freezing. Starting at 6:30 am, alarms in other rooms kept blaring one after another, loud enough to wake you, and nobody seemed to limit the volume. Breakfast was also a letdown. Their “continental” option was a small roll with a tiny bit of butter and ham, prepared and handled by the staff. The coffee was awful, and the plain yogurt came without fruit or cereal. You had to take whatever they served. A really bad experience.

The staff were friendly, and the service was excellent.

The person in charge seemed completely apathetic about customer service. There was no hot water, and although check-in was at 2 PM, we were told we couldn't get into the parking lot until 8 PM. They advertise parking as included, then try to charge extra. We checked the breakfast schedule in advance, but they served it whenever they felt like it, so we got none. They also give you schedules they don't stick to, and the place needs to be treated for fleas. I wouldn't recommend it.

You can hear people in the other rooms, and the infrastructure is only okay. The staff were inflexible and unfriendly, and the service felt unprofessional. The location is excellent, just steps from Recova.
