I had a really bad experience with the owner.

I never actually stayed here, and now I never will. I was arranging a central, friendly place for my elderly mother, and this was the option I liked most based on the reviews and how professional the company seemed. I booked a double room for ten days. They didn’t have the dates I originally wanted, so I changed my travel plans and postponed arrival by a couple of days. I sent over the information, and everything was confirmed. Then the next morning I got a message saying the room I needed had already been booked. They said, essentially, that they’d lost my information, and couldn’t offer a room on the dates I needed. That felt disrespectful and incredibly disorganized. Luckily, I’d booked ahead. Otherwise my mother and I would have been left without somewhere to stay in a city we don’t know and that isn’t even our own.

The location is 10/10, you can walk everywhere. The place has a nice atmosphere, and there weren’t many other guests when I was there. They provide towels, sheets, tea, coffee and sugar, and the bed was good. Breakfast is simple but tasty: Watts juice, a roll, ham, cheese, coffee and yogurt. I stayed in February 2026. The double cabin is small and looks better in photos, but you get used to the size. At first I thought it was "expensive" for the price, then it started to feel like everything was fine. The staff more than made up for the room. They never refused us anything, even when we asked for extra hangers, an iron, keys, breakfast to go, a fan and a remote control. The cleaning lady seemed a bit pushy, but she was very kind, and they do clean the room. The room gets a bit stuffy, and the TV isn’t a smart TV. I think I’d go back. If you just need a place to sleep and have breakfast, it’s perfect. I’d give it a 7 out of 10, though it felt like a 10 😬 Cheers.

They say they offer parking, but guests aren’t allowed to use it. We left our car outside the hostel, and someone smashed the windows and stole everything inside. The neighborhood is dangerous. The local security agency alerted us to what had happened, since the hostel doesn’t provide even basic security. Terrible experience.
