The dining room made a strong impression, with tasty local and international dishes and good table service. The breakfast food selection was reasonable, though things were a little disorganized for an early starter like me. At Hotel Regal Pacific, the bedroom was well appointed, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. It was a comfortable, welcoming stay.

Alexandra and Filipe helped us so much, going the extra mile to make the whole stay comfortable. I enjoyed the welcome drinks and the breakfast at the restaurants. The hotel certainly lives up to its five-star name, and I’ll definitely come back.

The hotel is very sophisticated, and we were so happy with our stay. Great staff, restaurant, and location. I recommend it.

6/10
The people and the location are both great, which is why I rate those 5/5, but the hotel itself gets 3/5 from me. It’s far from a five-star experience, and what you’re really paying for is service and location, not amenities. The hotel has had some upgrades, including to technology and room size, but it still doesn’t deliver the five-star experience.
