Pilar made a real difference during our stay. She gave us thoughtful advice on places to eat and visit, and was a huge asset to the hotel. We spent 11 days at El Inca in Los Andes in November 2025, and the service was impeccable. We had breakfast there most days, and every area was sparkling clean and well organized. We were very happy with our stay and hope to come back soon. Best wishes to Pilar, and thanks for sharing her knowledge.

The restaurant on-site was great, and parking was convenient. Our room was spacious and modern, with everything we needed, and the air conditioning and heating worked well. The staff were friendly. Highly recommended!

We had to change our travel plans several times because of avalanches at Ski Arpa, and the hotel was very flexible about it. The service was excellent and accommodating throughout. The place was clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Great hotel.

Dinner and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced, and breakfast was so generous you won't leave hungry. The staff were extremely helpful with our ski tour equipment. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There's a pool too, which I didn't use, but it looked clean.
