Apart Hotel Diterra

For a quick stop, it works well enough. The service was good, though the apartments feel poorly arranged, with loose chairs, drawer bottoms, and door panels. There was also a lot of noise from other guests, along with cooking and smoke smells.

The reception staff were excellent, and the place was lovely and, above all, clean. We only needed a bed for one night while passing through, but I’d recommend it for a longer stay too. The location is excellent.

The staff’s honesty deserves a mention. I booked the aparthotel for my in-laws, and they accidentally left behind a bag containing jewelry, glasses, passports, and other valuables. They contacted me as soon as they found it and returned everything intact. It’s hard to come across places where everyone’s safety and integrity matter so much these days. Thank you, and congratulations on the wonderful aparthotel.

We were very comfortable throughout our five days here and would happily come back. The apartment was bigger than it looked, clean and tidy, with a spacious living room and a pleasant feel. Housekeeping was impeccable, the bedding was very clean, and the bathroom had what we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped too. My only suggestion is to update some of the furniture, though it didn’t get in the way of a good night’s rest. Thanks for a lovely stay and excellent service.
