Never coming back here, omg 😳. This place is trash 🗑 and the staff were really disgusting and did nothing to make me comfortable. The room was dirty, the walls were stained, and the back of the bed fell off in the middle of the afternoon. They didn't have staff available to fix it. I felt like I was in the Cecil hotel.

It's in a good spot in Los Àngeles, near a supermarket and a couple of good restaurants.

The room cleanliness fell far short of my high expectations, and the service was very poor. There was hair from the previous guest on the bed, the towels and bathtub were moldy, and the toilet had been used, with urine on the seat. The windows were opaque with grime. The maids seemed unprepared for the job.

It was our first visit, and we had a pleasant experience. The receptionist who helped us was especially kind and helpful. The beds were clean, breakfast was very good, and we were welcomed excellently.
