Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles (Chile)

The reception team really made the stay, going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was a nice spot to relax, and the rooms were clean. The casino next door adds some fun, especially if you like card games. It's also a convenient overnight stop when driving south from Santiago. Dinner at the restaurant was the main letdown, with quality well below what I expected, so I wouldn't recommend eating there. A solid stop thanks to the service and amenities, but I'd go somewhere else for dinner.

The staff were great, and breakfast in the morning was wonderful. I first held back a star because my reward points hadn't appeared and I didn't know why. I got the points later, but not the reward nights, so I may change my review.

The gym is still listed on the page, but it’s no longer there. That was disappointing, and it’s not okay. At least parking is free in the underground garage. This is the best hotel in the area, with very good service. The guys who speak English do a particularly good job. For a chain like this, staff speaking English is a must.

For what it costs, I’ll make this my hotel of choice in Los Angeles. The rooms were clean and the bathroom worked well. The front desk staff were exceptional, helpful and well informed. It meets what I expect from a Four Points.
