The cabins had everything we needed, and the service was excellent. They answered our questions and gave us the help we needed. 🙌🏻 The place feels cozy and very nice. The heated pool wasn't all that warm, but we still enjoyed it for that time of year. More comfortable loungers would be a good change. We'd definitely come back, 100%. 💖

It's a beautiful spot, but things seem to be going downhill. The cabins and cleaning need work, and we found spiders. The playground equipment looks neglected. Service is poor and only available over WhatsApp. There should be a front desk with someone available in person. The owners or managers should listen to feedback and suggestions.

In the middle of winter, I wouldn't go back. Our cabin was cold both nights because the heating was poor, and there was very little warm bedding, so I slept fully dressed and still froze. The heated pool was barely warm, almost cold, and only got warmer later. The hot tubs take eight hours to heat, so they were only usable at night, when it was freezing outside. I ended up with a terrible cold. The person handling WhatsApp didn't reply at all on Sunday. I know it was Sunday, but with guests staying there, they should have been available and provided good service. The place and cabins are nice, and I imagine summer would be different, but winter was a no for me.

There's a tasty restaurant nearby with pretty reasonable prices, shops close by, and lots of open space for children. The place is peaceful and very nice, but it needs some care. The children's play area has obvious safety and maintenance problems, and the stovetops sometimes have dangerously high flames. I would've liked parking at the cabin, though it's not far away. On the second day, the heated pool smelled horrible, the water was cloudy, and it was much cooler than the day before.
