Hotel Osorno Reet

The location is the main strength of this interesting central option in Osorno, along with its comfortable beds. Breakfast is good, though not very varied. The bathroom is small, and there’s no elevator or staff to carry luggage to the upper floors.

The room was very cold. When I asked them to turn up the heat, they gave me an electric fan heater. Breakfast was good, but I didn’t get the room I’d been offered. There’s no elevator, and my room was on the top floor. The parking lot is small, so twice I had to move my car to let someone else park.

The room was missing many details, the linens were poor, and the pillows were terrible. There’s no elevator and it was four flights of stairs. The bathroom was low, so at 1.83 meters tall I had to shower squatting. Not recommended, even for a few people. A disaster.

The location was very good, and the staff were helpful and provided excellent service. The value for money was a 5. The bathrooms are extremely small, at least in the room we had, with no ventilation and a very low shower.
