The food really stood out, from breakfast through dinner. It was creative, beautifully presented, and paired well with the wine. We also took a private tour and wine tasting, and our guide knew the subject inside out. The hotel is beautiful, with a large park, fruit orchards beside the winery, and a museum. It felt peaceful and romantic, and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating throughout our wonderful stay.

Set in a lovely, quiet spot, this historic grand property is just a five-minute walk from one of Chile’s best vineyards.

The restaurant was very good, and I actually preferred it to Doña Paula. Doña Paula is also on the grounds, though it seems to be run separately. The estate itself is beautiful, and the service was excellent.

The gardens are beautiful, and staying at the hotel gave us private access to the outdoor pool and some excellent bikes. The staff were fantastic, friendly, and helpful from when we arrived in the courtyard until we left after a late checkout. We arranged a wine tour through reception, and Rima was a lovely, patient guide. We hope to come back.
