The surroundings around Lake Panguipulli are beautiful, but be prepared to carry cash. Businesses don’t take debit cards, and the nearby banks don’t have much cash available. The cabins themselves were clean, including the sheets and towels, but only adequate and not especially nice. The main bedroom door wouldn’t close.

It felt comfortable, almost like home, and was a lovely place to enjoy a calmer family stay. 100% recommended.

What I found didn’t match what the website advertised. I had a really bad experience with Page over something that was very wrong. When I asked for a refund because I was switching cabins, the woman refused and charged me VAT on the receipt.

A really pleasant atmosphere, and the owner was friendly. Everything was extremely clean and had all the amenities.

The hot springs are lovely, but some of the buildings are still being built and aren’t very nice to look at.
