The trails were easy, though confusing to follow because the signs weren't clear. Take advantage of the top views and the sauna/spa. It's a beautiful setting and a great place for couples or young families, and the restaurant food is definitely worth it.

The beauty and unusual design are undeniable, but the prices seem unrealistic, higher than at many renowned hotels around the world. It feels like it's aimed at a specific "elite group," which reflects a familiar situation in Chile: people often pay for the clientele rather than the quality of service. I'd suggest improving the service, the place itself and the parking. Why does this "exclusive group of people" still rate the place 8/10?

The place is beautiful, as people say, and the walks around it are worth doing. Most of the staff were great and attentive, and seemed to know how to handle things, but they looked tired and stressed all the time, like veterans of the service industry expected at a "high"-end hotel. What was going on with management was a mystery. The ADMINISTRATOR was nowhere to be seen unless staff summoned them, and their faces immediately fell, as if afraid of being scolded. You could feel the lack of supervision as soon as you walked in. Managers in Chile aren't there to help staff, but to blame them when something goes wrong. Depotism is a reality here, and I say that as a Chilean. We ran into a problem at check-in: the receptionist forgot to give us the bracelet for the private parks and didn't know where the parking was. We soon realized she was still learning, so that was fine. The next day we spent most of the time around the hotel, and I paid for a massage for my partner. After the session, she told me that staff asked her to pay again, even though it had already been paid for. THREE staff members harassed her about it, all in Spanish she couldn't understand. Just before she tapped her card, one of the women stopped her and said she'd found the receipt. How relaxing. That night, the restaurant service was terrible. The staff were simply tired and doing their best, but it still fell short.

We had a very relaxing stay. The place is beautiful, with amazing architecture and carefully detailed decor. For a hotel of such high quality, the service and cleaning could be better.
