The decline is hard to miss after three visits, and I'm not coming back. This used to be my favorite place in Pucón. The listing is misleading, mixing photos of two cabin types and showing off the bright ones with big windows. You might instead get a much darker unit with small windows. I missed that detail, but this bait-and-switch isn't acceptable, especially in low season when availability isn't a problem. Service was practically nonexistent during my three-day stay. Nobody took the trash, and at night I had to look around for wood chips myself while my one-year-old daughter was cold. The first supply only lasted a couple of fires, and nobody came to restock it. The place used to have real charm; now it feels neglected, which is disappointing. Don't trust the rating here or on Booking.com.

We went in spring and were surrounded by flowers and birds. The lake view was beautiful, the cabin had a lovely feel, and the heated pool was so relaxing. It's a peaceful place, and the staff were attentive. I met the owner, a very kind woman, and we talked for over an hour. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time. The room was spacious and spotless, with a wonderful view of the lake, and the grounds and hotel were clearly well cared for. There are tucked-away outdoor seating spots too, including a lovely bench past the swimming pool where you can watch the sunset. The buffet breakfast was superb.

The view was spectacular, and the place is gorgeous. We rented eight cabins for my wedding party and had a magnificent time relaxing on the grass and lighting the fire in our chimney, surrounded by the striking beauty outside our window.

The gardens and pools are lovely, filled with flowers and greenery. In summer the weather is mild, with a refreshing breeze. The cottages and rooms are really cozy, and it's an amazing place.
