The beach is only steps away, and there are two small pools, though neither has a lifeguard. The place has great ocean views. Residents aren't allowed to swim in the lagoon; it's meant for kayaks.

It gets pretty crowded sometimes because there are so many apartments. The Laguna isn't always open for use, and with seagulls swimming in it, I'm not sure about the hygiene. Not quite what I expected.
The buildings could be better, and that's the one thing that took a star off for me. The landscaping around them is amazing, with such fragrant, lovely smells. Staff and grounds crew were friendly and helpful. The pool areas are nice, though one is currently closed; with two others still open, it's no big deal. The beach out front is nice, and the location is beautiful.
I love this place. It's not a hotel, though it looks like one, and it has access to a swimming pool and an artificial lagoon. Plus, it's near the beach. Awesome spot.
So relaxing. Beautiful views, great walks along the estero, and a fantastic 10K trek along the coast. You can also go horseback riding along the coastline.
