Hotel Punta Sirena

The building looked beautiful, which made the experience even more disappointing. We made a restaurant reservation, but they didn’t honor it. We were also asked to pay before being seated. On Valentine’s Day, every other restaurant was booked, but this one wasn’t. It’s hard to find, and it may be dangerous. The parking lot has no lights, and our car got stuck. The receptionist refused to help and was outright disrespectful to my wife. This was the worst experience I’ve had in Chile. If the owner can understand this and reads it, please respond. I’d like to explain more about what happened. There are plenty of other good restaurant options, and I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Don’t go here, especially if you expect respectful treatment.
