I asked if there was another way to handle the cancellation, but hours went by before I got an apology and was told those were the rules. Because of work, I had to cancel my reservation. When I called an hour later, they told me I needed to arrange to pick it up, and I still had to pay the full amount, including the deposit. It felt like the usual Chilean “topon padentro” attitude. Clear rules are fine, but the company could have offered some solution to a customer who wanted to experience the place and its service. I haven’t recommended it to anyone since.

The apartments are simple and solid, and the place is easy to reach, with ocean views and a very good location. I do think it could use a few more basics, like shampoo and soap. Even so, I’d recommend it for families or groups of friends.

The apartment above us kept making noise late at night and very early in the morning, so I lost sleep on both nights. Aside from that, it was a pleasant place with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it didn’t get cold at night. The view was lovely, and being close to everything with easy access was especially helpful since I was pregnant and couldn’t walk much. 😅

You can get around Pichilemu on foot from here, with restaurants, nightclubs, craft markets, the beach, and other attractions nearby. The location gets busy in peak season, though the property still felt safe, and I’d stay again. Every apartment has an ocean view, big windows, and a balcony. They’re rented daily for groups of 2 to 7, and each has a private bathroom and is generally well-equipped. There’s private parking, a shared rooftop barbecue area, and a connection with a surfboard and wetsuit rental service, with lessons available if you want them. I recommend it for a relaxing stay.
