Dune & Domes Pichilemu

The domes are right by the beach, with excellent bedding and a wood stove that’s definitely needed. They’re equipped with everything, even a blender. The location is excellent, and Nicolás was a kind, attentive host. There are dogs around, but they’re very affectionate and don’t fight with other dogs. It’s pet friendly without restrictions, so we could bring our dogs. I’d definitely come back. 🥹✨ One possible improvement: having hot tubs at every dome could make the experience even better.

It wasn’t the stay I expected. The place looks better in the photos and felt overrated: there was broken glass, a bad smell, mold on the curtains, and a strong odor in the bathrooms. I really didn’t enjoy it and wouldn’t recommend it for families. They advertised a crib, but what they had was a playpen.

We stayed in the dome with a hot tub (Jacuzzi) and grill, practically right on the beach. You can watch the sunsets, and there’s a spot for a beach bonfire at the edge of the public beach. The dome is cozy and comfortable, with good Wi-Fi and TV, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Dune & Domes is a dreamlike place with a prime location, hard to describe. The host was fantastic, friendly, and attentive. It’s ideal if you’re after peace and a connection with nature. I’d choose “Dune & Domes” in Pichilemu again without hesitation. 100% recommended.

The one thing that could use attention is the domes' flooring and accessories, which need some maintenance. Otherwise, they’re cozy, furnished, and well equipped, with a wood stove that matters on the cold beaches of the central coast. They’re pet friendly too, which is essential these days. The bathroom and showers are great, the beach is just steps away, and the owner is very friendly. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.
