Pichilemu Domos

The setting between Pichilemu and Punta de Lobos is handy, and the grounds are immaculate. The pool area is lovely too, though the loungers get dirty because many people don’t use towels. I also had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast was just okay. The domes have character and work well as a small family space, but they’re tired and badly need updating. There are no mattress or pillow protectors, leaving just the sheet between you and the dirt and germs of thousands of previous guests. The sofas, cushions, and armchairs were so dirty we couldn’t bear to sit on them. We covered a sofa with a duvet, only to find yellow stains all over its cover. The furniture should be replaced with pieces that have removable, washable covers. There weren’t enough towels, and no pool towels were provided or even offered for sale or rent. The veranda also lacks comfortable seating. A hammock would make sense there. The heavy-duty bleach smell was excessive. It took two days to clear, before the cleaners came and bleached everything again.

We felt right at home thanks to Bernard and his wife. They’re kind, hardworking, and went out of their way to help us. The place itself is beautiful and gives you a unique experience, with lovely people around and a beautiful dog. We’ll definitely return.

Breakfast came with the room, and we had a balcony for watching the sunset. There was private parking too. A super nice place, with a luxury apartment.

There’s plenty of space for up to five people, and the place is fully equipped. The construction is very good, and it was comfortable, clean, and quiet, with a nice view. A lovely spot to rest near the sea.
