It's right on the Main Street in the middle of town, but the location wasn't noisy. The serviced apartment had a large room and a comfy bed. On a cold day, though, there was a heating problem they couldn't really sort out.

The location made it easy to get around the city center on foot. We stayed five nights, and the hotel service was perfect. Our room was quite nice and the bed very comfortable, while the staff were especially kind and attentive. We'd been unsure about breakfast after reading other guests' reviews, but the portions suited us well. We didn't feel hungry again until midday. I'd definitely choose this hotel again.

The service was excellent, and I would stay here again with a couple of things in mind. They don't give change for dollar payments, and there are no in-room safes. Since Booking.com had listed safes, they did give us a discount.

We had a very comfortable stay. Our spacious room on the fifth floor had a volcano view, plus a little kitchenette with dishes, a small fridge, and a microwave. The hotel is in the city center and has parking, which not every place nearby offers. The staff were lovely and attentive, and breakfast was very complete and brought to the room. The cleanliness and linens were excellent. Street noise could sometimes be heard in the room, so the windows facing the road could use better soundproofing. I highly recommend the place.
