The breakfast was the best we've had in ages, with a great choice and selection. Walking in, we were really impressed. Our room was large, warm and cozy, with a big bathroom and everything set up nicely. The woman who welcomed us was kind and made sure we had what we needed. I can't recommend this place enough.

There's plenty of parking, but it's a 20 to 30 minute walk to downtown along a main road. The hotel doesn't look old, yet feels neglected, with cheap furniture and bathrooms and fixtures that are poorly repaired or not repaired. For a three-star place, it feels expensive. The service was friendly but unprofessional.

The staff were nice, but the rooms felt very basic. There are better places to stay in Pucon overall.

The room was too expensive for what we got. It had no air conditioning or fan, and the toilet was filthy.

Breakfast is the best part, and it's why we chose this place again even though the cabins could use a little TLC. The price is competitive and seems fair for their condition, aside from the leak. Plenty of parking mattered to me too, since I didn't want to leave the car on the street. The place itself is beautiful, with spacious cabins, lovely common areas and a playground for children, but maintenance is needed. In cabin D, our room had a leak directly above the bed in the master bedroom. I'm mentioning it so future guests know, and I also told Erika, the manager, and a cleaning lady. I hope it gets fixed, and if I'm told it's resolved, I'll update my review.
