Friendly hosts, a good location, a nice pool, and an outdoor seating area with a good view of the volcano 🌋. The hot water went off a few times, though to their credit it was fixed quickly. The room was very warm, and thicker curtains would help keep out the sunlight. The bigger problem was payment: they don’t take cards, so as a foreign tourist I paid far more than the rate shown on my booking platform. It ended up costing more than four-star hotels in Chile, so I didn’t feel it was good value.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, and we had no trouble parking during our two-night stay, though spaces could be tight when demand is high. It was an excellent choice close to the city center. Our room was spacious and had heating, a TV, and a private bathroom.

The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the place is close to all sorts of shops and services. The rooms were spacious and clean. Excellent service from Germán and Doña Rosa.

The room was large, and the location near the center is good, but there were no curtains, so it felt exposed. They don’t accept credit cards. The owner asked us to cancel the Booking reservation and charged us at a rate of 850 pesos to the dollar, even though the official rate was 960. We ended up paying twice as much as at a four-star hotel in Pucon. It felt like a real rip-off. I don’t recommend going there. There are better and cheaper places.

Don German greeted us himself and was outstanding, always kind and attentive. The hotel felt warm and peaceful, with all the amenities we needed. It’s also well placed near the main bus terminals and service centers in Pucón. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and if you ask in advance, they can bring it to your room. Sometimes Don German delivers it himself. My partner and I had an incredible stay and would definitely return.
