The hostel feels safe and homely, and the staff are honest and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help keep our belongings secure and make us feel at home. It's also probably the most budget-friendly place nearby without giving up quality, and the pricing is transparent and fair. The location is hard to beat, right in the heart of Pucón, just a five-minute walk from the beach. If you want a reliable, clean, welcoming place to stay in the south of Chile, I 100% recommend it. Check out the lake nearby too!

Wow, I can't recommend Hostel La Maison enough! The location is perfect, the service was great, and the town is beautiful. I loved meeting the hostel cat, Pepí.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The owner refused to honor my reservation even though I agreed to pay the full amount before arriving. It felt like he treated me differently because I'm Latino rather than European. Please support locally owned places and avoid giving business to someone who discriminates against people from the community where he lives.
