Hotel CasaEstablo by Dot Boutique

The driveway is steep and a bit of a pain to navigate, but there's ample parking in front of the lovely pool area. Two resident dogs give you a beautiful welcome, too. We spent two nights at this nice hotel, about 10 minutes outside Pucon. Staff were friendly, and our spacious room was clean with a lovely lake view. Breakfast starts at 8am in a traditionally furnished dining and bar area. It was good, with pod coffee, fresh fruit, and the usual continental options. The outdoor tables are a pleasant spot for an evening drink. If you're fine staying a little outside the town center, you won't be disappointed.

The staff were so friendly and exceptionally helpful. From the comfortable rooms, huge windows give you a great view of the lake and the sunrises and sunsets. It's peaceful and beautiful, about 10 minutes west of Pucon. Highly recommended!

Getting up the hill is tough without four wheel or all wheel drive. Put weight in the front seat, use low gear, and punch it without letting up. We had an excellent three night stay, with very comfortable rooms, fantastic views, great staff, and people who were very accommodating.

A car is pretty much necessary to reach this hotel, and the value is excellent. It's a lovely boutique place with a pool and hot tub, tasty breakfast, and a huge adorable dog. The rooms are ample and clean with lake views, the facilities are excellent, and the personnel are lovely.
