We visited as part of a SERNATUR study tour, and it was quite an experience. The volcano view was wonderful, and we enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I especially liked that the manager welcomed constructive criticism and was willing to acknowledge things and make improvements. Sometimes simple things can create bigger problems. Congratulations, you did a great job! 🙌🏼

We came from Tomé with 35 students for a school trip, staying August 7th to 11th, and the whole five days went smoothly. The food stood out, always hot and freshly made. Our rooms were heated, the bathrooms were excellent, and there was hot water whenever we needed it. The owner was attentive and ready to help with any request. A very welcoming hotel for a large group.

The food was awful, raw and with a hair in it. The place smelled terrible, and the service was just as bad.

The room was a plus, and it was cleaned every day. The place was adequate, with hot water, and at least we weren't cold at night. But this feels more like a hostel than a hotel, the services are basic, and the food could be better. It could be much better overall. Edit: The owner's response was a real shame. A guest comments on the service quality and he gets upset instead of trying to provide good customer service. If I come from somewhere else and pay for a room, would I get better service? I don't think so. I don't recommend it.
