We only came for day use of the pools, not to stay overnight. There are four lovely pools at different temperatures, including ones you can swim in and a hydrotherapy option. The riverside setting is beautiful and made the visit feel really relaxing. We had lunch at the restaurant. We both ordered risotto, one with tender fillet steak and the other with tuna, and the food was really good.

The grounds have a lovely narrow walking path, and the natural hot springs are beautiful. There’s also a very nice restaurant and cafe. A highlight of the trip.

The food was fresh and full of flavour at the restaurant, and our waiter Benjamin gave us the best service we’ve had in Chile. The pools were clean and hot, and the whole day had such a relaxing feel. We had an amazing time here. Definitely worth a visit while in Chile!

The day pass cost 35,000 per person, which felt VERY expensive for four pools that were overcrowded, with loud kids everywhere. Not worth it.

The location and view are great, and housekeeping was excellent. The rooms have had reasonable updates, and the breakfast buffet was okay. But the problems with the TV, safe, door lock, and front desk were annoying, and the elevators were slow. I also hated having to wear wristbands, like we were hospital patients.
