Ni-Newen

We ate at the hotel restaurant twice and really enjoyed the food. Breakfast was delicious too, and the laundry service was great, especially handy for people traveling for a longer time. The rooms felt cozy, with comfortable places to sit indoors and outside. It’s a small oasis in the forest, while still being conveniently located for Pucon and Villarrica National Park. Our only issue was room 3, right by reception and the restaurant, where we could hear the voices and other noise from the restaurant. If we’d known how lovely everything was, we would have booked more than three nights.

The rooms and shared spaces are well appointed, and the staff were friendly and knew their stuff. We spent a few days at Ni Newen and had a lovely stay at this beautiful lodge/boutique hotel near Pucón, surrounded by nature. Getting there means driving a couple of kilometers up a dirt road, which adds to the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, even though you’re four minutes from the 199 and 25 minutes from Pucon. I’d highly recommend it.

We had a lovely few days at Ni-Newen in a family room with four adults, one child, and a baby. It was quiet, comfortable, and just right for switching off for a while. The facilities were clean, and the surroundings made for a really relaxing stay. We’d definitely come back, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for peace and nature.

The only thing I’d count as a negative is that the Jacuzzi costs extra, which I didn’t expect at the room price. Aside from that, this was a perfect lodge, with a fantastic location, atmosphere, rooms, and design throughout.
