Oceana Suites Bosque Pucalan

The apartment itself was okay, but the price on Book... didn’t feel justified after everything that happened. We booked because of the good reviews on book@ing.com, and cash was listed as an option. They sent a payment link, which book... deleted, and we hadn’t planned to use it anyway. Then they tried charging our card, but it failed through no fault of ours. After a long back and forth, they told us to cancel and book directly. That felt too risky, but the owner eventually canceled the reservation. We did later book directly so we’d have somewhere to stay. Since the original booking was canceled, we can’t review them on Book..., so we’re posting here. The whole process took hours, caused a lot of frustration and involved countless WhatsApp messages. They also try to reassure customers about the payment link. We strongly advise against this company.
