The room was on the small side, but very clean and tidy. Breakfast was solid, and the view was great. Hospitality was great too. If you’re cycling, they can keep your bike in the basement, where it’s secure during your stay. A great spot for spending a few days.

Joselina is a warm, helpful host, and the place feels like a home away from home. It’s spotless and quiet, with great views. There are some steep stairs, though it’s still easy to get around Puerto Montt. Breakfast is included and good, with proper coffee and tea available through the day. Good value for money.

I liked my room and bed, and the view was nice, but I really didn’t like this hotel. There’s a shared bathroom, so for a shower, the toilet, or anything else, you have to leave your room and lock it. The breakfast was horrible, and I didn’t like it. The people seemed to watch you all the time. Honestly, I don’t recommend it.

The owner was really friendly, and the place was clean and well located. My single room had a private bathroom, and I slept great. The bed was small but comfortable. Breakfast was simple and tasty. I highly recommend it!
