We were given a nicer room than the one we’d booked, with a lovely view over the bay. It was comfortable, clean, and warm, and the kitchen facilities were great. The staff were friendly, though they weren’t often by the check-in area, so WhatsApp was the way to reach them. I’d definitely come back 😊

The owner was so kind and helpful, almost like having your mom looking out for you, in the best way. We stayed at the start and end of our O trek and could leave a small bag here while we hiked, which made things much easier. The rooms were simple but clean, with plenty of hot water in the bathrooms. Breakfast was included, tasty, and simple. Just right for a short stay in Natales, and great value for money. I’d recommend it.

The kitchen was good, and the place was clean and comfortable. It’s a bit of a walk from the main street and restaurants, though.

The walls are thin, and showers happen at all hours, so it wasn’t peaceful or quiet. There are rooms without private bathrooms, too, and I found hair from previous guests in my sink. It might suit backpackers, but not older people looking for a bit of quiet.
