Fernando, the building's doorman, was very kind to us. The apartments themselves were lovely, but we won't recommend staying here because the service fell short. We visited for two days in January 2023, then stayed an extra day after paying on time. Even though we asked, the towels weren't changed during those three days, and the soap and shampoo weren't replenished. There was no maid service or breakfast, the TV only showed static, and there was no air conditioning. Juan Carlos greeted us, eager to collect payment in advance. He insisted on prepayment and wouldn't let us see the rooms before we arrived. I paid first, but we didn't get adequate service.

Everything was excellent.
