The hotel has recently been renovated, and the staff are so helpful and attentive to guests' needs. The food is delicious too, the restaurant alone makes the stay worthwhile.

The breakfast had a nice range of choices, and all the shared areas were neat and clean. The furniture was in good shape and the Wi-Fi worked without any trouble. It’s about two blocks from downtown Temuco, with really friendly staff. There was just one fan during my visit, though I didn’t need it. I’d recommend staying here.

I found the room comfortable for work, with a roomy desk and two chairs. The bathroom had hot water right away, and there was a radiator on the floor. The double bed was comfortable too. I didn’t use the TV, but it looked big. Breakfast was fine for the price, though it isn’t an all-inclusive spread. There’s lots of parking for guests arriving by car, and a café downstairs. I’d have liked the café to stay open later since I enjoy coffee in the evening. Still, I recommend it for a work trip.
